THE JOURNEY
Kayleigh grew up on a farm in Scotland, where she quickly became familiar with a bustling, joyful kitchen filled with large lunches and an "always room for more" mindset.
Vegetables from the garden and farm-raised meat inspired her to create delightful meals.
She later moved to London to train and work in busy restaurants before transitioning to the private sector, where she catered to shooting lodges, yachts and sunny southern villas, allowing her to indulge her passion for travel.
When she's not in the kitchen, you find her tending to her expansive vegetable patch or cut flower garden and caring for her flock of unique chickens.
For the past 10 years, she has built a successful catering business serving private chalets and chalet businesses in and around Morzine, St Jean D'Aulps, and Les Gets, throughout both winter and summer.
